Title: Tow plates for Jee[
Post by: eagle10 on August 09, 2007, 02:33:51 PM
I just traded Jeeps and now need a tow plate for a 2,002 Grand Cherokee Limited. I have a Falcon 5,000 tow bar. Anyone have one or know of any ideas for used ones? Thanks.

Go to www.hitchtrader.com  This site has listings of towing items for sale as well as a place to list towing items wanted.  Jack

Thanks Jack for the site. I plan to call one of these. Have you ever used this site for a used plate?

Hi Eagle 10,
I bought the base plates for my Chevy Tracker from a seller listing on hitchtrader.com and was very satisfied with the deal. The seller shipped C.O.D. and I recieved the package in a few days. I saved about $250 and the seller got rid of something he no longer needed. There is no charge to use the site, just a place to buy or sell towing related equipment.
Good luck, Sam 4106

I have purchased 2 sets of Jeep Grand Cherokee brackets for a Roadmaster Tow bar from this site 1 set for us and 1 set for a friend) as well as a M&G Brake unit for our Cherokee. A friend purchased a complete towbar assembly and transmission lube pump from this site for his PT Cruiser.  Jack
