Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made only upon written request and only if request is received by March 7, 2009. Badges and confirmation materials must be returned with the cancellation request. All cancellations are subject to a $10 handling fee.
Electric cancelled on or prior to February 6, 2009, will be refunded in full; electric cancelled after February 6, 2009 and on or before February 25, 2009, will be refunded at 50%. Absolutely no refunds for electric cancelled after February 25, 2009.
† Electric hookups will be available from 9 a.m. Sunday, 3/15/09 until 9 a.m. Friday, 3/20/09. Electric service is 30 amps. An additional 10-gauge electric cord may be necessary if your motorhome cord does not reach the provided temporary 30-amp receptacle. Electric spaces are available on first-registered/first-served basis at an additional $175. Electric cancelled on or prior to February 6, 2009, will be refunded in full; electric cancelled after February 6, 2009 and on or before February 25, 2009, will be refunded at 50%. Absolutely no refunds for electric cancelled after February 25, 2009.
* Handicap: A copy of your state-issued handicap certificate must be sent to the National Office. Handicap information must be filled out to receive handicap parking or handicap w/electric parking.
** Passport: Includes entertainment, exhibits and seminars. Passport coaches cannot be accommodated at the Georgia National Fairgrounds.
Additional parking, prior to admittance
Parking overnight in the Holding Area, and at all other areas arranged by FMCA that may be considered off-site parking, prior to the date of admittance identified on your "date of entry" credential, is permitted for $15 per night — payable on-site.
No meals included.
Pets are permitted only in family parking areas and must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in activity centers, exhibit areas or seminars. Your cooperation is appreciated.
