I think you're right, Len. The windows on the Flx are angled like the 4501s.

I never knew Brill made a deck-and-a-half-er.

Ok let a old bus fan step in.
It's a ACF Brill a one of a kind coach prototype built by ACF for Continental Trailways.
American Car & Foundry was a major builder of intercity coaches in the 30's and 1940 and early 50's.
ACF went out of the bus busness as they could not compete with GM Coach Division.
Greyhound and Trailways were a big user of ACF IC-41 equipment back after the 2nd World War.
(IC-41 Intercity 41 passenger)
ACF built a lot of transit coaches also.
They were powered by a underfloor Hall-Scott gasoline engine.
Some of the Later ACF equipment used diesel power but not vary many were built.
