Hey guys we spotted a Bald White Eagle (sorry I couldn't resist Grin Grin Grin) today (which is great because I love the bald Eagle bird). It was headed southbound on I-75 in Florida at mile marker 310. It was a good looking Eagle. Anybody know who it was???

God bless,

John

No, but we saw a Grey Eagle southbound today a little further south.  We also saw a MC-8 this afternoon headed north in the same area.  Jack

Jack,

I could have been gray. I am surprised we didn't see each other. I know for sure that I would have seen the Orange Blossom Special II. We were heading out of St. Pete on Sunday.

Bill,

Not at all!!! I thought that it was a really cool caption. I didn't even know who started it. I like the caption. I will change it from a "spotted" Eagle if you would like though... I sure don't want to offend you, and I for sure don't want to offend one of our Eagle owners.

Let me know.

God bless,

John

John,

It's OK to call them "Spotted Eagle", just don't call them "Bald Red Eagle".   Roll Eyes

We'd like to think that the feathers hide something! HA

Pretty much so, hood and front fenders are red with several red stripes extending back down the sides. The rest of the truck is white with a sunset rose pearlescent clear coat.  Jack

Now, if I could just talk Paula into letting me get the Grand Cherokee painted to match the other vehicles.  On second thought, the white being towed behind the bus, Nah, I don't think so.  Jack

Bill,

I just wanted to be careful. Some people, on this board, are so jumpy. I didn't want you to get offended and leave the board in a huff (like some have over similar issues Roll Eyes) My private suspicion was that you were a cool, easy going, guy Grin Cheesy Cheesy Grin. And I guess that I was correct.

Look forward to meeting you someday.

God bless,

John

I just didn't want to offend you guys. Especially after what some have left the board over. I can just see both of you talking together at the next dance, fuming to each other about the guy on the board...you get my drift...and that is why you left Grin Cheesy Cheesy Grin.

Really though I thought it was clever myself, but then again, I don't want to offend you guys. Humor can go to far sometimes...

It's sad that people get offended so quickly.   If you can't laugh at yourself a little, then you shouldn't laugh at others.

Beside, ACE is not really my type.... Lips Sealed  Although he does have a really nice bus...... Grin

Bobofthenorth can shake a leg also...... Cheesy

Man Cody, you have one of the best attitudes about your PD, that I have ever seen!!! All I can say is "Keep it up!!!" I think that your great attitude helps you far more than you realize. I am looking forward to an update on how Libby is doing.

Bill, I agree. People need to be able to laugh at themselves. Sad part is they don't. BTW, thanks for the tip that about BoboftheNorth Grin Cheesy Grin. I will keep that in mind. Now if I could see you, Ace and Bob together then... Grin Cheesy Grin

OK, here are a couple photos from Bussin' 09. One is Bill & Heyoung dancing swing (I missed the great lifts).  The other photo is of Bill (on the right) and Bob of the North (on the left) doing a line routine.  Jack

Bill,

I just read (in the archives), that you live in St. Pete, Fl. That is interesting. We were in Pinelles (sp) Park, this last weekend. We could have gotten together...Oh well, maybe there will be another time.
