Camp Site: Cedar Hollow

Cost: $15.00 per night, daily usage fee waived. 30 amp and water, dump station on site at another location.

Contact them to set up your registration, it is your responsibility. All camping fees are to be paid to them. Tell them our group name and location.

TBR Registration fees include, Hamburger BBQ, BBQ and Breakfast by Ronnie (See Registration Form)

Event Schedule:

Thursday
 Arrival and setup, Pick up your Welcome Packet from Paul or Darrin
6 pm: Thursday night BBQ, hamburgers, hotdogs, potato salad, BYOD (Bring Your Own Drink)
After BBQ: Get to Know Your Neighbor, introduction time

Friday
7 am: Coffee and Donuts at the Pavilion
Time to be announced: Possible short seminar, other non-planned activities
Lunch: On your own
Coach Open House, Time to Show Your Coach and Tour Others; bring your Open/Closed sign.
6 pm: Texas Style BBQ by Ronnie at the Pavilion, BYOD
9 pm: Campfire at the Pavilion

Saturday:
7 am: Coffee at the Pavilion
8am: Breakfast by Ronnie, (Cost included)
Morning: No planned activities yet. Maybe the ladies can get together and talk quilts and crafts while the guys do what guys do.
Lunch on Your Own
Afternoon: No planned activities, have some fun, take a nap, guy talk.
6 pm: Evening Meal Potluck, bring a dish, salad or desert, BYOD
9 pm: Campfire at the Pavilion

Sunday:
6 am: Coffee and Donuts at the Pavilion
Break Camp: Safe Travels to All

Anyone is welcome to attend, you don’t have to have a bus, and maybe you are looking to buy, maybe just looking. Come One, Come All!

Do not make reservations at Eisenhower State Park yet. There has been some confusion with calling and placing a reservation, they say the Cedar Hollow site is full. Here's the problem, that area is used for overflow when the park is full. I had this all confirmed this past Monday, at least I thought. The lady at the park said that the Cedar Hollow area will more than likely be 100% available for that time frame. I am to receive a confirmation phone call from the park manager tomorrow morning.

I will post an update tomorrow after I hear from the park manager, which I had talked with on Monday.

I will inform you what to do, if anything, at that time.

Go ahead and place your reservation now. When you call in specify Cedar Hollow, Group Trailer area. Tell them you are part of the Texas Bus Roundup group and you should be OK. 512.389.8900

Richard Kellog called me this morning and got everything set up. I placed my reservation as a test and I'm In!

We're going to have another Chili Feed! John and Blu have agreed to do the cooking! If it's anything like last year's concoction, it'll be another winner! They participate in Chili Cookoffs, so you know they know their stuff!

We'll be taking a $5 donation for the meal to help them offset the cost for the ingredients, I'll bring the small size Frito's so we can have a Frito Pie!

This will take place on Friday Lunch, any leftovers will be available on Saturday Lunch for those so inclined! Sure glad this event is outdoors!

Get your reservations and registration form in NOW! We need to know how many to prepare for!

I am so excited, we are going to have the biggest turnout ever! 20+ coaches are signed up with more that have said they will be there. Quite a few people are going to be there looking to buy into our hobby in the future.  With the lineup of Flx's, MCI's, Eagles, a Scenic Cruiser, Wanderlodge, Buffalo, GMC and an RTS, it'll be a good show. Now all we need is a Setra, Crown, Dina and a ?

Good food, friends and fun, what more can a guy ask for! Oh and a couple of buses too!

For those who have said they can't make it, we'll post some pictures and a description of the events here, BNO and the Eagle board.
