Window skins for Eagle

I am starting my Eagle project next week, and I am wondering what to use for skins when I remove the 4 windows from each side.  I had someone tell me I could buy full pieces to go the entire length and cut the windows in, or just hem metal and match the top rivet lines with the new skins.  Does anyone know which way is the best bang for my buck?

When the PO skinned over the removed window openings on our Eagle, he did not remove the other ones that were left in. If it were me I would remove all of them, skin what you want, cut out the holes for the remainder and be done with it. I'm not sure how I will fix mine yet when I install the new windows that are in the process of a cross county journey. Use aluminum to re skin, ours is cold rolled steel and it has rust issues. Do it right the first time, otherwise two things, you won't be happy and you know what that means! It just won't look good. The less seams you have the less chance for leakage in the future, don't ask me how I know this!

Depends on what you want for the finshed bus most of us Eagle owners remove all the windows and use .093 steel the full length and cut and frame windows where we want them. 
Aluminum will shrink and expand a lot more than steel causing waves and fiberglass does the same
On the Eagle board Eric has photos doing his with .125 a little heavy for me but it looks great
