MCI was a joint venture build where part was built in Manitoba Canada and Part was built in North Dakota,  they comply with DOT regulations in both countries

CMVSS is the Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.  NSVAC is Normes de sécurité des véhicules automobiles canadiens, or the French language version of the same thing.  Nice badge!

Located on the rear side wall of the stairs.  It would be by your left hand as you enter the bus.

Just found this laying in the drivers area today:
If this appears upside down, f-it.... you're going to have to turn your monitor over as per Dallas&Slow's instructions.
