Well folks I guess my creative and restless nature has collided once again. It is time for some major enginering in the bus. My question is how much weight will the under bays hold. I am going to make a larger black tank, reposition the generator, move the fresh tank to forward bay and finally make a 150 to a 200 gallon heated waste vegtable oil tank.
If someone has the specs for each bay's weight capacity and total weight for all three combined could you post it up? I thank y'all.

For starters a bus model might help. Greyhound used to ship 8V71s in the luggage bays of some of their buses.

Wayne, If you post your Eagle information in your signature line or post it under your avitar, it will always be on each post. Go to your profile, forum profile information, where is says personal text, you can add it there if you want.
Look at mine for a reference.
If you weigh your coach now, and deduct that from the 41,000 GVW it should get you close to what is left. Bays can hold a lot of weight. Just think of them full of baggage or freight.

It is a 1984 Silver Eagle model 10. At 8 pounds a gallon a 150 gallon WVO tank will weight 1200 pounds. The water tank is around 700 the black water will about 1300 pounds. Plus the tank material and the generator.

Wayne, they are rated at 1250 lbs each but will handle a lot more, 5000 # is most I ever had in mine.
Eagle bays are not part of the structural frame a common pratice was to weld a 1 inch square tube under the bays on both side for more carrying capacity yours may have the tubes now, you see it on model 15's.
The gross axle weight on a model 10 is 42,000 lbs GVW is 40,000 lbs
