We joined BC Busnuts last summer so i think that makes us honorary Canadians. Smiley  Way back on my mother's side of the family are some French Canadians.  Hey! Grin

I have been there many times, and every moment has been a delight. I found that knowing some of the language causes people to interact with me in a more friendly way, as in most countries where a different language is spoken.

It is important to learn about the places and people one visits, because then it is not like they have to entertain me, but I can become a part of their country, even if just for a short time.

Trust you enjoyed your day off, and are now working twice as hard to make up for lost time !!
