Greetings sdh3,

Welcome to the bbs!  Have you had any luck with this so far?  It's exciting that you are close to getting your bus painted.  What kind of bus do you have?

Fellow bus nuts - any suggestions on the Texas / Southwest location of a paint shop for sdh3?

Best Regards, Phil

We had our 92 Prevost painted by Freigthliner in Houston last fall.  They did an outstanding job.  Call Wally Melia, the manager of the body shop at 713.580.8530.

We have a 93 Prevost H3.  We purchased a road coach, with seats removed , and have been plugging away at it, full time, ever since.   ITs been quite an experience, as you all know.   We have checked a couple of other shops for roof work, but not paint yet, and as soon as they saw a Prevost, $$$ came into their eyes.  So we have discounted them for paint...I dont like that mentality  Thanks LocM for a referrel.  We will check them out.

Hi sdh3,

Check out this thread :

http://www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?topic=1785.msg15618#msg15618

The writer, busnut83,  speaks of his friend having a bus body shop in Dallas.  Big D isn't too far north of Houston in case the Freightliner shop doesn't work out.  Maybe you could contact the author of that message for a name as well.

Hope this helps, Phil
