Hey JR, I've been discussing with my ole pal and bbq pro Gene, the possibilty of bringing a few floridians to his Rally and he graciously accepted. I will know more after next week when we all join together in Titusville Fl. for our Valentines rally. Hopefully I can talk and persuade the whole bunch of us to be there. That would make for a pretty nice caravan of coaches going up the interstate. I'll keep everyone posted on the outcome.

Bill, have you removed the boost sensor?  Anything there?
Check for 5V between A and C on the plug.  Verify that "A" is grounded.
Did you clear the code?   If so, did it set again before you cranked the engine?  If so, you got an electrical problem (my first best guess!).  If you had to drive the bus to get the code to reset, you got something else going on.  Most likely a bad boost sensor.   There's a rat's nest of wiring near the boost sensor.   Be gentle with those wires.  Another area for problems is the big 24 pin (or thereabouts) connector right next to the boost sensor wiring.  That plug will corrode and cause problems.
The plug can be disconnected and examined by removing one center screw.  I believe it's a 1/4" hex, if it's rusted, the head will be slightly undersized.  You can use the next size down metric socket (very close to 1/4") to remove the bolt.
Let me know if I can help!

I'm curious how large of a rally this will be.

Cherie and I are out on our bus hunt right now, and we could route back down to North Carolina for this for the chance to check out a bunch of buses.

Is this a worthwhile event for bus novices seeking to buy our first bus to attend?

Cheers!
