If you could post a few more details, there are members of this and the Eagles International forum that might know the history and/or details about the bus you are thinking about.  If you could post a link or a picture, we might be able to give you a "keyboard" review if you can't find someone to look at it.

well you cant go wrong when it is listed for scrap price.  If it was close I would buy it. Its a win-win situation in my opinion.  Worst case senario you part it out and junk it.

That is an 01 Eagle.  If you want it for more than scrap, you probably need an Eagle person to look at it.  The big issues are rust (most anyone can inspect - but Eagle folks would know specific areas to look at) and the torsilastics.  The suspension parts for that model are no longer available.
