The best person to talk with about this is Sam Caylor.  He has killed hundreds of MCI's over the years.  Knows them inside and out, probably better than the factory.

I think it is a fair price if just for the scrape. The interesting thing about it is that big honking satalite dish. What decade is that from? It could make an interesting project if a person didn't have much money to start. Hopefully it hasn't had any water leaks.

There was a simular 4104 a few months back up in Minnesota. It showed up on Ebay with a starting bid of $800. It was still fully seated, looked pretty aged, but it ran and drove. It got no bids. Another one showed up later in Iowa or somewhere up there, had the transmission out laying on the ground. I think it sold for $400 or $500.

Even its its worth $3500 in parts and scrap, you cant make money paying that. And youll have to tow it, or flat bed it. You cant just disregard those costs. You also dont know how much time it will take to load it, or get it out of where its parked. And what if the engine is blown or locked up, it could all be ruined.

$500 is about the max I would pay seeing what I see and whats written. Without more information, and even then, any more than that is just nuts.
