June 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th Summertime Bus/RV Rally at Missouri Festival Park, Dixon, Mo. WHAT!! No cure for the summertime blues? Try a Bus/RV Rally! Michael Hargis will be center stage for two shows, 1 country and 1 mixed 50's thur 80's. We will have bus talks, Bus Tours, fix a bus clinics, Coffee & donuts every am, How To Clinics and lots more bus stuff. Get your Reservations and more info, call 1-573-759-2378(BEST). 300 RV sites, Great Food at the Festival Cafe, Outdoor Stage. Bring a chair, kick back and listen to some great entertainment. Drive your car and enjoy by the day or bring your Bus/RV and stay for the week. If you would like to be added in our music line up, Michael Hargis Entertainment will be booking all the acts for the park. Call Michael at 1-520-559-0776 or email michael@michaelhargis.com . Missouri Festival Park 19452 Hwy 133 Dixon, MO 65459 Come and enjoy a fun filled weekend. This event will be held at the old Bluegrass Pickin' Time AKA 'Carol's Memorial Bluegrass Music Park'. On Interstate 44 Take exit 163, and follow Highway 28 to Dixon. From Dixon, take Highway C west 1.5 miles, turn right on Highway 133, and go four miles. A sign on the right side of road will direct traffic to the festival park.

Is this the official central information point for the rally?  We'd like to start announcing it and seeing if we can't get some more attendees Smiley

Also....  no mention of cost?  Assuming the campground fees on your website, but any rally fee?  What's the plan for food - potlucks, onsite, etc?

Here are the Rates:
Rally Fee.....$25.00 per person (one time fee for meals) or $7.00 per day

Full Hook up with 30amp..............$ 21.00 per day
Full Hook up with 50amp..............$ 24.00 per day
Part Hook up with 30amp(Dump Station)$ 17.00 per day
Dry camping .........................$ 11.00 per day

Here is the events of the rally so far;

Thursday Activities:
9am   Check in begins
9am - 11am Coffee Bar & Donuts
1pm  "How To Clinic" (TBA)
5pm  Dinner:  Hamburger Steak, Mashed Potatos & gravy, Roll and Dessert, Coffee/Tea/Water
7pm  Fire Pit, Bring your chairs and BYOB, enjoy good
company, renew acquaintances and make new friends

              Friday Activities;
9am - 11am Coffee Bar & Donuts
12 noon "How To Clinic" (TBA)
5pm Dinner Show: Fish Fry ; Catfish with all the trimings, Dessert, Coffee/Tea/Water
7pm    The Michael Hargis Show "Country"
8:15 - 9:30 Hang out around the fire, BYOB

              Saturday Activities:
9am - 11am Fresh Baked Cinnamon Rolls & Coffee Bar
9am - 11am Craft Sale & Swap Meet at (in front) your rig
1pm   "How To Clinic" (TBA)
2:30pm Show & Tell, you are invited in to see converted buses inside and out.
5pm   Dinner Show: Fajitas, rice and beans & Dessert, Coffee/Tea/Water
6pm   The Michael Hargis Show "Mixed 50's, 60's & 70's"

              Sunday Activities:
9 -10:30am Breakfast = Coffee, Hot Biscuits & Sausage Gravy
4pm             Party- BYOB and a chair to the pool.
Music.  "Minute to Win It" games with prizes.
5 - 6pm  Hamburgers and Hotdogs, Fries basket and Dessert, Coffee/Tea/Water
7pm  Fire Pit, Music Surprize, Bring your chairs and BYOB, enjoy good
company, renew acquaintances and make new friends


              Monday Activities;
9 - 10:30am Farewell Coffee Bar & Donuts
12 noon-ish         Check out time
