Is there an source to cross reference Prevost part numbers?

I am in need of the air regulator and valve for the A/C and Fan gear box belt tensioners. It seems to be a single prevost part number 010588. The regulator is leaking continuously from the small diameter hole in the case and the valve leaks to the exhaust port regardless of the value position (horizontal or vertical)

I suspect I can get these from NAPA but the parts are not available to take in for a visual cross match as the coach is parked 5 hours away and I'd like to take replacements with me when I go back.

Does anyone know the supplier part number(s) for these or a way to cross reference?

Thanks in advance.

Clifford,  Does the rebuild kit include the 3 way valve or just the regulator?  I expected 2 part numbers but the air diagram just indicates a single part number?

The bigger leak is the valve but both clearly need to be fixed.

Thanks

The valve is separate, 50-0231 kit for regulator, the valve has 2 seals 50-1113 lower and 50-1114 for the upper seal (o-rings)

good luck

Thanks, I'll get the parts on order. Amazing how you can answer these questions so quickly and accurately.

Hi Joe,

mine had a similar leak, but ended up it was the cylinder orings leaking back through the return side.  Might be worth checking.

Take the non pressure hose off and see if there is air escaping at the cylinder

Dick,

Thanks for the tip. I'll check the cylinders also. The weep hole started leaking and I changed the position of the valve. My guess is the seats are hard and now they leak - big.  18 year old coach and the rubber is going rapidly.

If the air is leaking out of the exhaust port on the valve - that is indicating that at least one of the seals in the tensioners is bad - HTH
