Flying J is now up to 13 federal class axtion suites over fuel rebates, Google "flying j" and look downs the list, you will find a few.
Makes me wobder if they can weather the  onslaught, hate to loose a good parking spot for my RV.

This is PILOT- Flying-J

The company Pilot was started by the Haslam family and is run by the eldest brother, Jimmy Haslam, who also is owner of the Cleveland Browns.

Pilot is a source of wealth for Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, Jimmy's younger brother, but the governor has not been an executive at the company for more than a decade.

They will come out of this smelling like a rose.  Money speaks.
