I bought an auction  lot of bus parts and included was some original Genuine gm boxes showing part # 2416067. Would these be the original window seals for GM buses?

Wes -

Possibly.  Is there another number nearby on the box with a "Gr" in front of it?  Something like "Gr 0.384" or "Gr 12.185?"

If so, post that additional info and maybe I can confirm what you've got.
