 Ok I finally bought my first bus. It is a GM 4104. I am currently broke down and in desperate need of some information. I need to know where the fuse boxes are? I found 1 small fuse box inside the panel to the left of the driver seat, but it only has 5 or 6 fuses in it, so Im sure there is another fuse box somewhere? I called the guy I bought it from and he didn't know where it was? I don't have any tail lights, brake lights, or rear marker lights, but the turn signals do work, so Im guessing it is a fuse?  If you can help please call me since my internet doesn't work well here.  Scott 573-705-011 four

according to this post there are no fuses, just circuit breakers, there is a box in the back (by engine?) that can corrode and have loose connections

A wiring diagram may not do him much good on that bus just find the junction box of breaker one will feed that circuit from a relay some place

closely check wiring and grounds at tailgate and harness going to it at top of engine compartment. You need to get yourself a test light from an auto parts store and probe connections there.

Thinking out loud - Day and night mode on master?  Possibly someone did some rewiring and grabbed power from circuits only energized at night mode instead of day???

Scott (Harleyman 1000) just left my shop and is headed to Flagstaff 5pm Sunday.  I got his engine running correctly and then spent several days helping him straighten out the wiring.

He says he is going to stop at an Eagle Rally on his way back to St. Louis.

Thanks geoff.  talked to him several days ago.

He was having a tough time for a new bus owner. always good to find a busnut to help.

How did the t drive in a 04 look. I saw the coach at Daytona bike rally quite a few years ago but could not find any one to talk to or let me get a good look.

Hey guys, Im almost at Flagstaff, and it's 2:38 am. I was blowing alot of black smoke all the way here, and head lights kept going on and off( made driving thru the mountains in the dark very interesting). Im parked at a  camping world and there is a Harley dealer next door. I assume somone has told you to not use the fuel pedal so much to control the smoke.  At that altitude you loose about 20% of your engine performance so be extra soft on the fuel petal.  It will be a dog with or without the black smoke so save some money on the black Unburnt fuel.  My lights used to dim severely everytime my factory ac/heater blower motors would kick in. They pull lots of 12v juice.  Is that system cycling on and off causing a problem or short?
