Can anyone send me some info on RV insurance,I have Alstate truck insurance but I"m sure theres cheaper out there. I"m also looking for a rear cap and a rebuilt kit for the  clutch( 8V-71 4 speed manual.) Thanks  crazycraig. My e-mail is crazycraigkerr@hotmail .com

Craig,

We use GMAC. Some people use progressive and still others use Allstate.

I think RVIA use to cover bus conversions, but I think they quit.

Another thought would be to join FMCA or Good Sam, both of which have RV insurance.

I'm insured with State Farm and I even have the emergency road service coverage with them.

If it won't go FORCE it ---- if it breaks it needed to be replaced anyway

All of my insurance is through Secura.  My RV/bus is $750 a year or so.  I do have comp/collision to $36,500 included.  (Need to get that increased.)

I've shopped around in the past and never found anything less expensive.

I have State Farm, full coverage plus Emergency road service. $500 dedutable cost about $1000 a year. But this is in Florida, costs vary from state to state and also the area in which you live.

full coverage state farm, 500 deductable......both buses less than 800.00/yr woith State farms max liability
