My new pre-luber for the 8V71 in my MC5A arrived yesterday and in reading the instructions (who ever does that?) I noted that the supplier suggests T-ing into the oil gallery at the Oil Pressure sending unit. Hmmm, don't like stacking up fittings in a virtually unaccessable area.

Any sugestions as to where I might find an alternative point? How about some pics if you've done this.

There wasn't an oil filter included in the kit but I plan to add a small one in series with the pump on the pressure side. I'd like to know of a bracket mount, full flow, spin on if any of you have done this.
There's a neat timer which (if mine were 12V crank) sets the whole thing in motion once you turn the key. Unfortunately I won't be able to use this feature so I'll use a spring loaded toggle switch (momentary on) near the dash and when I read 60 PSI of pressure I'll hit the start button. Should make for a happier engine.
