Hi All,

Thanks again to Dallas for being our chat room host and moderator!  Dallas does a great job of making everyone feel right at home.

And for those who have never been in a chat room - it really is fun!

Here is a snippet of what goes on:

snip:

[drivingmisslazy] 8:22 am: Looks like we got a quorom
[NCbob] 8:22 am: Good Morning all.
[drivingmisslazy] 8:23 am: Yep and the same to you. Suspect we will have several more in the next few minutes.
[NCbob] 8:24 am: I'm having one heck of a problem in locating a 15" Push to release twin disk clutch for my MC5A.  No manufacturer
seems to be able to furnish one.  Any ideas?
[drivingmisslazy] 8:24 am: Did you see the new catalog information I posted this AM
[NCbob] 8:26 am: Yes, I did, and thank you for it.  I don't have me parts book handy so I can't look up the MCI #.  (Sheepishly) It's at
the bus barn.
[NCbob] 8:27 am: I've been all over the Eaton/Fuller sites and all they seem to offer anymore is the pull to release type for Trucks.
[drivingmisslazy] 8:27 am: all the catalog has is parts numbers but you might want to give them a call. I suspect they will know
what you are talking about. LOL
[Bus Garage]: Dallas has entered at 8:29 am
[NCbob] 8:29 am: It's sure worth a try.  I'm pretty much convinced to go with a new clutch as against a reman because of the cost
of ppulling the engine.  There are a couple of rebuilders in our area but if I go that route and something fails I'm in quicksand!
[Dallas] 8:29 am: Hmmm, busy, you guys have nothing better to do?Huh??
[drivingmisslazy] 8:29 am: nope. where have you been?
[NCbob] 8:30 am: Just sucking up caffiene.
[Dallas] 8:30 am: pulling rivets, dodging raindrops

snip:

So as you can see - just fellow bus nuts talking about cool stuff like rivets, coffee and clutches!

Join us around the "water cooler" when you get a chance.  Smiley   Grin

Kind Regards, Phil
