Not sure if this is exactly close, but Wagonmaster Kyle hosts a rally in northeastern South Carolina, October 2nd-4th.  Right at the SC/NC border near I 26.  Held at Palmetto Cove Campground.

Jack Conrad host's a huge rally in Arcadia, Florida in late December.  This is the largest bus rally on the East Coast.

This is beyond the scope of your question, but Gene Lewis and Darrell Passer will host a rally at Wade, NC, KOA campground in May of next year.  Wade, NC is near Fayetteville.

Have you looked at Gary's rally pics?   He has an album on almost every East Coast Rally posted on his website.  No reg necessary.  http://community.webshots.com/user/converter101
