Frame up restoration, needs interior work, considering all offers. Located in South Dakota

Roof raised 10 inches, with R&M Fiberglass model 15 caps, rear cap has camera pod and roof ladder. All siding replaced with new aluminum.

All 12 v wiring was replaced including fuse panel and all exterior light fixtures as well as square halogen headlights.

Spray foam, polyurethane insulated living area and board insulated bays.

Air conditioners- 2 Cruisaire 14K BTU split

Generator- Onan 10 KW Quiet Diesel with remote panel (approx. 950 hours)

Electric windshield wipers- individually controlled with intermittent wiping

Power steering- hydraulic, with tilt-telescope wheel and horn button connected to a pair of Grover “Emergency” model air horns

Aquahot system- 4 heating zones including bay heat. Also heats domestic water (endless instant hot water) and ties to engine block for engine preheat and over the road heat. Also utilizes electric element to reduce fuel consumption when at the power pole or running the generator.

Water- 200 gal. fresh, 120 gal. gray, 66 gal. black, Shurflow quiet water pump, stainless steel pressure tank, and hidden city water connection. Tanks are heavy duty custom, rotationally molded, high density polyethylene units 3/8” thick. Black and gray are vented separately to the roof..

Tires- Goodyear G-159 tread @ 90 + %, mounted on Alcoa aluminum wheels

Engine- Caterpillar 3406B mechanical, 425 HP, 1560 Ft. Lbs. torque, Jacobs brakes, block heat by electric element and/or Aquahot system

Transmission- Allison HT740, 4 speed automatic with cooler

Trailer hitch- 2” receiver

Dash- R&M Fiberglass with VDO gauges. New drivers HVAC heat exchanger / evaporator with defrost, AM/FM/CD player, and hand throttle.

Plumbing- PEX and ABS

 Fuel-150 gal. fills from either side through locking access doors, supplies generator and Aquahot down to ¼ tank

Winegard batwing TV antenna

Electrical- 12V, 4) ea 8D AGM house batteries with Iota 75 amp charger. 120V, Vanner 1000 watt inverter, Iota automatic transfer switch, hidden Marinco 50 amp shore power cable connector and approx. 60 foot shore cord.

Glass- windshields are Eagle mod. 15. sides are Hehr single pane sliders with screens

Bath- 32” X 32” fiberglass shower with hinged glass door and adjustable flow shower head. Toilet is Sealand china bowl with auxiliary sprayer.

Refrigerator- side by side 120 volt

Sun visors- Rosen high end aircraft visors, fully adjustable
